We choose wines that belong together, talk about the producers and regions, and create a tasting that both teaches and entertains. Here are the most popular themes.
Champagne & Sparkling
A tasting devoted to bubbles, where we taste sparkling wines including Champagne and sort out the terms and differences between different sparkling wines.
Italy
Italy's 20 wine regions differ dramatically, with many wine styles and grapes. In this Italian wine tasting we take on a few of these regions and travel from north to south.
Mediterranean
On Mediterranean islands such as Santorini, Crete, Sicily and Mallorca, there are unique conditions for growing wine. Here we compare these sun-drenched wines and taste the islands' native grapes. We go through wine history, grape varieties and production methods.
Dessert wine
Dessert wine is a jewel that risks being forgotten. Here we celebrate dessert wine and taste different styles from different regions around Europe.
Judgment of Paris
Paris, 1976. A blind tasting where unknown Californian wines were set against France's most celebrated bottles, and the result shocked the whole wine world. Inspired by that evening, we set the Old World against the New. Who wins? You decide.
Contrast
An exciting evening where we test and compare good wines in contrast. We taste very different wines from interesting producers, often typical of their grape, with the aim of recognising and comparing different wine styles.
