Wine can feel complicated or pretentious, but if you learn the basics, or at least what you like, it becomes easier to navigate Systembolaget's shelves and long restaurant wine lists.
I offer personal wine tastings and talks in the Stockholm area where we talk about wine and everything around it in an unpretentious way. Wine represents so much more than technical facts and grape varieties, and in my tastings and talks, exciting stories and anecdotes get to take their place and enrich the experience.
I have long been a champagne-loving, wine-curious person and hold the title Sommelier WSET 3, Advanced certificate. Champagne and sparkling wines are close to my heart, as are wines from Mediterranean islands and everything in between. And yes, dessert wine, far too often forgotten.
